Deep Utilities Progress

Deep Utilities

Work on the deep utilities is set to resume as crews return to complete the remaining scope. With recent weather patterns in mind, there is a possibility of minor delays due to rain. However, a revised design has been implemented to better manage high water table conditions, helping keep the workon track.

As this phase progresses, the temporary road closure on 4thStreet will remain in place until construction in this area is complete. Residents can expect the road to reopen shortly after the utility work wrapsup.

Please be advised that there will be a short period where access to the garbage and recycling area is restricted while crews are actively working nearby. We appreciate your patience during this time and will work tominimize disruptions as much as possible.
