Things are moving along at the site! This week, we kicked off the excavation process, with work expected to continue into next week as we await testing results to confirm compaction for the building areas.
On Friday, North Star was on site to assess water levels and determine the best approach for completing the remaining deep utility work. The team is currently targeting completion of the deep utilities by next Friday.
Once that work is wrapped up, we’ll move into the shallow utilities as quickly as possible. It’s another important step forward as the site takes shape and we continue making progress toward the next phase of construction.
